Clayton Slaughter is Head Cidermaker and Orchardist at Slaughter Orchard & Cidery in Bloomington, Indiana. By day, Clay works as an attorney to help orchardists, farmers, and business owners create successful growth and succession plans. He is a Certified Pommelier and a recipient of the Peter Mitchell Award for Educational Excellence from the Cider Institute of North America. Clay judged at GLINTCAP in 2023.
