Edan Valkner is a cidermaker and brewer whose professional experience includes positions at Virtue Cider, Sly Clyde Ciderworks, and Harpers Ferry Brewing. He has completed the Foundation Certificate in Cider & Perry Production from the Cider Institute of North America and is a Certified Cider Guide, Certified Cicerone, and BJCP Certified Judge. Edan’s past judging experience includes the Great Lakes Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP) in Grand Rapids.
