CIDERMAKER AND CERTIFIED POMMELIER
Jason Cassidy is the cidermaker at The Cider Farm, an orchard-based cidery in Madison, Wisconsin. He produces cider from organic French and English cider apples, always working to understand the intricacies and dynamics of these varieties to express the widest possible range of flavors. Jason is a Certified Pommelier, a CINA Certified Cider Maker, and has judged at GLINTCAP in 2023 and 2024.
