John Huffman is a Certified Cider Guide and has completed the Foundation Certificate in Cider & Perry Production from the Cider Institute of North America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Science from Evergreen State College and a Brewery Operations Certificate from IUPUI. John owned an orchard management company in Washington and has a decade of experience in all aspects of cider and wine production and sales.
